Our men's mental health sessions include an initial consultation, communication about goals and reasons for attending, and further updating of anything we should know.
It's a space for open discussion, wellbeing support, and signposting, combined with a massage.

How to book your appointment
Booking with Albion Rooms Massage & Mental Health is simple and personal.

We also provide a fully mobile service, so if you have a suitable private space, we can come to you.

To book your appointment, please contact us by telephone or email.
We will then send you a booking form, which includes important details regarding medical issues, medication, and consent, for you to complete and send back before arriving for your massage.
